KindlingTruth now has seven article series going at once…whew! So, If I ever plan on actually completing these, I need to get going, huh? As of now, I plan to put out one new article each weekend. I have scheduled every planned article for release on Friday, but some might be posted up through Sunday.
There will probably be intermittent posts as I learn things about the Christian walk or receive questions, but for 2018 my main focus is completing the work at hand. My hope is to have all of these written by 2019. From there, I hope to get into woman’s -based ministry, the Lord willing.
If you’re curious, you can take a look at the articles page. Each planned article is listed and a date has been added. On my Home page I have also added a widget that lists planned articles for the month.

Thanks! Yes, it is both! I want to be more disciplined in all areas of my life, so that is part of it. I need productive pressure, if that makes sense. I also realize I need to be flexible and understand things will only go as I plan if the Lord wills it. I also don’t want to confuse my readers or leave them haning wondering whether I will do what I set out to do. I hope you’re doing well ๐

All sounds very wise! I’m doing well, thanks, although a bit overwhelmed by my own schedule at the moment! I’m actually a very organised person (I have to be as I have the worst memory!). I appreciate what you said about being flexible, that’s really important ๐

You seem to keep it together fairly well! I understand feeling overwhelmed, but I think being pushed near our limits every now and then can be good for us. I hope youll keep doing what you do! Your blogs is one of my favorite, and I enjoy the music also! Im sure its a blessing for many.

Ahh, that’s really kind, thank you! ๐ I’m actually working on several things that are blog-related, and I have some blog post ideas kindling (see what I did there? haha ๐ ) but am just a bit overwhelmed by the tasks I’m setting myself to work through. Thankfully I’m ahead of schedule on my music project having finished Song 5 with 8 days to go before I release it. Really grateful to you for following along!
And sorry I’ve been doing a terrible job of managing the Growing Christians Facebook group recently. I’m actually thinking of asking someone who is a more committed Christian to take over. If you’d be interested in being a moderator, let me know – I think you’d do a great job. No pressure though! ๐

That’s great! Ha, yes I see what you did ๐ I’m happy to help anyway I can, but I might be too contorversial! Haha. Anyhow, if you could use another moderator, I don’t mind. I’m honored that you’d trust me with it. I look forward to your next song!

Great! I’m still deciding what to do with the Growing Christians group but I’m very grateful you would consider moderating. I’ll let you know ๐ I take your point about being controversial! I think the key skills for a moderator are to be kind to everyone while keeping everyone safe from people abusing the forum (like when people excessively self-promote or post nasty comments). I guess it’s a bit like moderating a blog ๐ Apologies – you probably already know all this!
